1. Eligibility

TaroFlip is for adults 18 and older. By using the site you confirm you are at least 18.

2. The service

TaroFlip provides AI-generated tarot readings for entertainment purposes only (see the Disclaimer, which is part of these terms). The free 3-card reading requires no account. The Celtic Cross Deep Report is a one-time $4.99 purchase that includes a 10-card spread and 8 follow-up questions.

3. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by our payment processor; we do not store card details. Every deep report purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee: contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order email and we will refund you in full. Refunded orders lose access to the report and its follow-up questions.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: abuse, automate, or scrape the service in ways that degrade it for others; attempt to access other users' readings, reports, or accounts; use readings to solicit medical, legal, or investment decisions from others; or misrepresent AI-generated readings as human psychic services.

5. Intellectual property

Your questions remain yours. Readings generated for you are yours to keep, share, and revisit. TaroFlip's site design, branding, and the Selene interpretation framework remain ours. Card artwork is classic 1909 public-domain artwork.

6. No warranties

The service is provided "as is" for entertainment. We make no warranties about accuracy, availability, or fitness for any purpose, and no reading constitutes professional advice of any kind.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaroFlip's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim (for free users: $0). We are not liable for decisions you make based on readings.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted with a new date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
